we build the software your business runs on.

Production software for the products your business depends on. Built for ship, scale, and the years that come after launch.

capabilities

what we build

04 capabilities

capability 01

web platforms

Production applications on Next.js and TypeScript, built to carry real traffic and real revenue. We design for the years after launch, not just the demo.

like a customer portal that handles onboarding, billing, and support in one place.

most common

capability 02

internal tools

The software your team actually lives in: dashboards, admin panels, approval flows. We shape it around how your people work, then remove the steps they hate.

capability 03

AI-augmented

AI where it earns its keep: document processing, support triage, search that understands your data. Every model call ships with evaluation, fallbacks, and a human path.

capability 04

integration & DevOps

We connect the systems you already pay for and automate the path to production. Deploys become routine, and your CRM, billing, and app stop disagreeing.

how we work

04 phases

01

scoping

We map the work before we touch a keyboard. What you actually need built, what success looks like in six months, and the shortest path that still respects the systems already in place.

duration

1-2 weeks

02

shaping

A short, opinionated design pass. Wireframes, data shape, deployment surface. You see exactly what we plan to ship before we ship it.

duration

1-3 weeks

03

building

Production code, written, tested, and deployed in weekly cycles. You see progress in staging every Friday. Direct line to the engineer building it, no project-manager interpretation layer.

duration

4-24 weeks

04

handoff

Codebase ownership transferred to your team, with documentation, runbooks, and a 30-day support window for the questions that surface once production traffic hits.

common questions

06 answers

how do you decide if a project is right for Aulden Studio?

We take projects where the technical scope is real, the success criteria are concrete, and the team on your side knows what they need built. If the brief is "build us something AI-powered" with no defined use case, we are not the right fit, that's a strategy conversation first.

what does the scoping phase actually produce?

A short written document covering the user flows you need shipped, the data model, the surface area (web, mobile, internal tool, API), the deployment target, and an honest estimate of weeks to ship. You see it before you commit to the build engagement.

who writes the code?

Senior engineers, never juniors learning on your project. For the Studio engagement, you have a direct line to the engineer building it. No project-manager interpretation layer between you and the work.

do you work with our existing codebase or only greenfield?

Both. Greenfield projects are simpler to scope, but we also take on integration work with existing systems where the constraint is "make this thing the rest of the business depends on more reliable, faster, or extensible without rebuilding it from scratch."

what happens after handoff?

The codebase is yours, with documentation and runbooks. We include a 30-day support window for the questions that surface once production traffic hits. Beyond that, we offer optional ongoing engagements (the Embedded tier) if you want senior engineering capacity to keep shipping.

where are you based and how do you work with remote clients?

Marshall, Minnesota for the US-front engineering and client-facing work; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia for the supporting team that ramps once a project moves into the build phase. We work fully remote with US clients, with overlapping working hours in US Central time.
