Aulden started in 2023 as a custom software practice in southwest Minnesota. We built inventory tools, websites, and internal systems for businesses that could not find a partner willing to learn how they actually operate.

The work kept widening. The same clients who hired us to build software asked us to manage their computers, secure their email, automate their paperwork, and help them grow online. We said yes, and we got good at it.

Today Aulden is the firm businesses call for IT, security, automation, and growth. We support clients nationwide, with on-site coverage across Minnesota and South Dakota and a remote team that picks up when you call.

Bityana Yishak

founder and ceo

Bityana Yishak is the founder and CEO of Aulden. She started the firm to solve a problem she'd seen repeatedly: small businesses needing real technology help, but stuck choosing between expensive agencies and unreliable contractors.

Bityana holds an MBA, an MS in Cybersecurity, and a BS in Computer Science from SMSU. She serves as Program Chair for ISC2's Minnesota and Western Wisconsin chapter, co-hosts Southwest MN Hacks, and has contributed to a UN/Camara education technology project.

Tesfatsion Desta

co-founder and cto

Tesfatsion Desta is the co-founder and CTO of Aulden, leading engineering across custom software builds, managed IT, and automation.

He came from leading IT support and operations at a university tech support center, then spent his post-graduate years building enterprise workflow automation as a software engineer. Tesfa is completing an MS in Cybersecurity at SMSU, holds AWS Certified DevOps Engineer Professional and CompTIA CySA+ certifications, participates in IEEE Standards Association AI and cyber-physical committees, and is an ACM Certified Reviewer in the software security pool.
